1. Financial Update

• The current balance in the Residents Association bank account was updated - £746.09

  £60 income received from Redcoat tour

2. Update from Michael Mitchell (previous actions to be followed up in writing)

·        Bench next to bus stop bottom WGR to be repaired, has been removed, chasing replacement

• Resurfacing Allington Mead in this calendar year

·        Discussed Johnson site no further update

·        Buses waiting area to be followed up

·        Graffiti can be reported on council website or via Michael Mitchell

4. Community Events and Activities

Cathedral Tours

• Interest was expressed in Mike’s Cathedral tours – October / November. Corrine to set dates later in the year..

Red Coats Event

• Raised £60.00 - thanks to Mike for facilitating

Silent Disco

• Move to September.

• Vote 13^th, 19^th or 26^th September – Victoria to poll WhatsApp group

5.  Newsletter Items

• Add request for nominal contributions to the newsletter.

·        Propose team for quiz at Thatched – follow up

• Promo “Free Movement” sessions:

  • Thursday evenings at 6:30pm

  • Sundays at 9:00am

• Michael to print newsletter

6. Community

·        Potential opportunity to request community asset transfer of community spaces – West Garth Play Area

·        Council will support some upkeep

·        Potentially within the next 2 years

·        Protects the land from being built on
