1. Financial Update  

• The current balance in the Residents Association bank account is £986.22.  

2. Decisions Made  

• Approval was given for the purchase of two goal posts.  

3. Matters for Discussion / Follow-Up  

Thomas Hall School  

• Leone room hire opportunities for events - to be discussed at the next meeting.  

Guest Invitation  

• It was agreed that Mike Mitchell will be invited to attend the next meeting.  

Tree Enquiry  

• Check with Mike Elliott regarding tree care 

4. Community Events and Activities  

Christmas Carols  

• Moved carols to the Farm Shop.  

• Newsletter to say they don’t need to sing! 

Cathedral Tours  

• Interest was expressed in Mike’s Cathedral tours.  

• Proposed timeframe: August – September.  

• Group size expected to be 6–8 people.  

• Residents will can apply for a free Cathedral pass valid for one year.  

Red Coats  

• Planned for April – May.  

• A poll will be posted on the WhatsApp group to gauge interest.  

• Mike Richards will send dates and topics.  

Silent Disco  

• Proposed date: 6 June.  

• Leone Ellis will investigate costs.  

• Group costing and insurance deposit requirements will be reviewed.  

Speed Signs  

• Update on new speed signs - Des Atkinson. See if we can get funding from DCC 

5. Upcoming Community Event  

Quiz Night  

• Venue: The Brewery  

• Date: Thursday, 26 March  

• Maximum 4 people per team  

• Prizes will be available.  

• Mike Richards will prepare 10 questions on local history.
